(250911) -- KAMPALA, Sept. 11, 2025 (Xinhua) -- Rukia Nakadama (L), Ugandan Third Deputy Prime Minister and Minister without Portfolio, speaks at the launch of Chinese Enterprises in Uganda Corporate Social Responsibility Report 2024 in Kampala, Uganda, on Sept. 10, 2025. Ugandan Third Deputy Prime Minister and Minister without Portfolio Rukia Nakadama said on Wednesday that Chinese enterprises are strengthening communities in the East African country through their corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
